We are looking for a driven sales leader to join TenantLoop as we change the way property managers communicate and engage with their tenants. Our mission is to improve tenant satisfaction and retention in the property management industry by building great mobile-first technology products for property managers, tenants and maintenance teams.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an investor-backed tech startup at the ground floor, and play a key role in the direction of our software sales efforts. You will be a full cycle salesperson who drives new lead generation, qualifies opportunities and pitches prospects to win new business. This position requires lots of hustle and not your typical Sales Development Representative gig.
What you’ll do:
• Connect with leads by email, phone and online demos to pitch TenantLoop
• Build and execute a sales strategy to create a scalable (and predictable) customer funnel
• Perform market research on inbound and outbound prospects
• Work close with the product and marketing team to help capture our audience’s attention
• You are relentless, driven and passionate in everything you do
• You have experience selling SaaS products or other services in the real estate world
• You’re not afraid of outbound calls
• You have valid references who will brag on your abilities and characterBonus points:
